Our Pork Chorizo is Mexican inspired.  It’s made with fresh Heritage, Pasture-Raised Pork and seasoned with vinegar, garlic, chili peppers, paprika and has a hint of smokiness. It can be served as an hors d’ouvres with cheese and olives. You can crisp chorizo and toss it into salads, particularly spinach. Or, simply warm it and mix it with any pasta “sauced” for a hearty dinner.
