Kevin and Heather Trosclair founded Mountain View Custom Meats in 2007 with the vision of offering custom meat services in a professional environment. Since then, we have continually updated our equipment and processes to exceed our customers' expectations. We have been fortunate to grow each year.
Kevin began his journey in the meat industry in 1980 as an apprentice. In 1982, he joined the US Air Force, completed the military's meat school and managed the largest meat market in the military. After leaving the military in 1992, Kevin pursued a business degree and a career in electronics purchasing but his passion for meat processing, sausage making, and cooking remained strong. Today, he brings the passion to Mountain View Custom Meats.
