Starting a herd from scratch has its ups and downs, while supply has been the toughest early hurdle, we are confident that this direction is the best way to maintain quality assurance, we want every animal we process to easily grade prime+. This is why we purchased breeding stock in the form of registered Angus cattle that have marbling traits ranging from the top 1%-15% across the entire breed in the United States. Take a look for yourself, the eye appeal is fantastic, and the flavor/tenderness of any of our management practices is outstanding. We are also experimenting with Wagyu genetics starting this fall 2024.
